AI usage is not included. The system runs on your own Claude (Anthropic) API account, so the data stay yours and you pay Anthropic directly, per usage, with no fixed subscription. Our own system, at about 45 emails a day, has been billed roughly 70–100 USD a month. As a safe budget for a full system at a similar volume, plan for 100–150 USD a month, plus VAT where it applies; it grows with email volume. Set a monthly spending limit in your Anthropic account. Anthropic can change its prices.
